Captain Jorge has been sight fishing in southern Florida for 25 years and is a fly-fishing fanatic.
His customers appreciate his patience and willingness to 'teach' them about the flats and the species of fish that they catch.
He welcomes beginners and young fishermen.
A long time member of Coastal Conservation, he has been recognized for his contribution to their guides program.
Recently he has become a part of the University of Miami Bonefish research project and captured fish are now tagged for further
study of movement and growth.
